Individual advice will ensure you particular needs are met. Repair estimates can be given before any agreed work commences. However these are only estimates as unexpected problems can arise during repairs on rare occasions. If this is the case, you'll be kept up to date.
We will keep you safely on the move at a sensible price.
Workshop
We have a purpose built Workshop within the courtyard area at the rear of the store which is fully equipped to deal with all level of repairs and servicing from the most simple puncture repair to complex electronic diagnosis, upgrades and repair.
We service and repair all types of bicycle and offer expertise which will ensure that your bike will always be in “tip top” condition after a visit to us. We service the mechanical parts of E Bikes but do not handle E scooters or those bikes fitted with retro motors.
We are an officially approved Shimano Service Centre, trained to supply and maintain their products. View our Shimano Service Centre certification certificate.
We are part of their International Service Centre Network.
You can be assured the bikes are maintained and regularly serviced to high standards by our own CyTech Level III Trainer and Assessor.
Authorised Freewheel dealer
As an authorised Freewheel dealer we are set up as a Click & Collect location.
This enables you to select Cyclelogical as your location to pick up your Freewheel orders at your convenience.
